• Charlie Orr Memorial Chicago Cup Challenge

  • Hosted by BOSS (Brewers of South Suburbia) 

  • Deadline to submit bottles is May 2026 (TBD)

  • Brew Boberon (American  & German Wheat Category) in April.

    • Brew with Alex (video record process so the rest of the team becomes capable to brew without Alex's help)

  • Enter 2 Boberon bottles (no label), remaining beer to be bottled with labels and given to friends & family.

• Brixtoberfest (Dates are TBD)

  • Hosted by Imperial Oak.

  • Deadline to submit cans expected to be mid-September

  • Brew Sploosh (Priority #1) in May and age in barrel for 3 months.

  • Brew Crimson Clover (Priority #2) in August.

  • Enter 2 cans of Sploosh (Fruit Beer Category) and 2 cans of Crimson Clover (Scottish, Irish, and Dark Beer Category) , remaining beer to be canned with labels and give to friends & family.

• Investigate ideas for beer flight serving tray.

  • Use O Scale railroad gondolas - how to add a handle?  Make it sturdy - dividers between glasses.

DISCLAIMER:  Iron Lines Brewing is the name of our home brew brand.  All beers, ciders, seltzers, etc are only consumed by ourselves, friends, and family.  No alcoholic beverages are sold or distributed to the general public.

Per Illinois Statute Chapter 235 ILCS 5, Iron Lines Brewing abides by Section 1-3.39 in which any "homemade brewed beverage" that we manufacture is only offered to family, neighbors, guests, and friends for consumption.  Per Section 6-36, we (1) do not receive compensation for any homemade brewed beverages, (2) do not offer homemade brewed beverages for sale, (3) do not produce more than 100 gallons per calendar year.
